Rolling Acres Apartamentos

It’s the worst apartment ever. The landlord is a hatred women who increase the rent in the middle of the year because I have a visitor. The new neighbors are trashy pretty much it’s turning to Philadelphia neighborhood. The Apartment is pretty old; the witch charges for anything even though it’s not your fault. The hard floor is ridiculous; neighbors below you kick their ceiling because you walk in your apartment. Can’t wait to move any minute but I’m in the process of moving. Don’t rush to... move; I was in your place and I regret it. Also because the heat is included in the rent, no matter how cold it gets; the heat doesn’t kick in unless it’s below 50 degree or less. This winter has been so cold, but no one can say nothing especially there’s only one maintenance man in the whole complex who can’t contact because it’s the landlord orders. You can wait for over a year to fix something in the apartment that if you’re lucky to not get charged for it.

I am looking for a new apt. This one had to may bugs. And no grace days for the rent

The RB Apartments are older apartments that provide the renter with large rooms but are in somewhat older condition and repair. There has been building settlement as they are over 50 years old and lean a bit from one end of the room to another.However, the included Heat/Hot Water and cooking Gas is welcome as Electricity is the only utility you have to fork out for.
