We completely understand how frustrating package delivery issues can be, especially with... larger or more valuable items. That’s why we’ve been i n direct contact with Fetch to help improve their process in our building and enhance the overall experience for residents.

Additionally, several months ago, we made a change to allow packages to be delivered directly to the building, not just through Fetch. Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and others now regularly deliver to the community and drop off packages daily. For very important deliveries such as documents, flowers, or high-value items, we accept them directly at the leasing office during business hours.

If you ever experience another delivery issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the leasing office — we’re always happy to assist and ensure things go smoothly.

I completely understand how frustrating package delivery issues can be, especially when it comes to larger or more... expensive items. I want to let you know that several months ago, we made a change and now accept packages directly at the building — not just through Fetch. UPS, FedEx, and other delivery carriers do come to the community daily and regularly drop off packages.

If you ever experience another issue like this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the leasing office. We’re happy to help however we can and ensure you’re getting your deliveries smoothly.
