Watermill at Manayunk Apartamentos

I have been living at Watermill for about a year and am very happy with the building and the location. The building is fairly quiet and in a great location. We have direct access to the canal and bike path (towpath). We are also a short walk to Main Street and the train station. The apartments are very modern and management has been attentive to any minor issues. My only complaint is that the windows are older and a bit drafty in the winter. It is a historical building, so I understand that this... is a problem that can't really be fixed by ownership. I have renewed my current lease and would be content to stay here indefinitely. Lee mas
