Ideal for a single occupant, couple or roommates, the 2nd floor has a 2nd bedroom, bathroom, and a 3rd slightly smaller room that can be used for a roommate on a budget, an in-home office, gym, craft space, or closet. On the 2nd floor one bedroom has an opaque window that overlooks the living room and let’s in plenty of light without compromising privacy. The 3rd room has a large skylight. Apartment layouts can also be utilized as office space for startups and emerging companies.
This apartment features easy access to street parking. Located in Zone 10, residents can acquire a parking pass from The Philadelphia Parking Authority. On-site private parking is not available. The cost for an annual parking permit is $35 for the first car, $50 for a second car, and $75 for a third car. This is an annual fee.
