The Philadelphian Condominiums

Recently moved from an 8 acre estate in West Virginia with a half mile driveway through a dense forest, 12 room home, 3 car garage, wood work shop, vineyard, garden and farm pond. Enjoyed the trees and animals, however, had to give it all up for medical reasons.

Moved into what can simply be described as a cruise ship will all the amenities imaginable including, an indoor and out door heated swimming pool, grocery store, cocktail bar, beauty salon and barber shop, cleaners, library, chess... and bridge clubs, pharmacy, physical therapists, bank, various doctors including a podiatrist and those which cater to the elderly, mini post office, valet service, free shuttle service every 30 minutes which ends up at the Macy's department store, located right across from the Philadelphia Art Museum, walking distance to the Barns art museum and surrounded by various restaurants.
