Studio Apartment Great for Graduate Students
The apartment is well maintained and has very nice wood floors. It is very large for being a studio, with a dining room and large closet separate from the living space. It has easy access to public transportation, making it easy to live in the city without a car. It is about a 20 minute walk to Pitt and less to CMU. There is also a Pitt bus stop and PAT bus stop that accesses the 71A/C, 54, and P3 buses on the same block as the complex. The building manager is on-site during work hours and... is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is the price. The monthly rent is a bit high for a studio in Pittsburgh, but I do believe it has to do with the location. Most of the tenets are graduate students (undergraduates are not preferred by the managing company) so it is quiet at almost all times of the day. Overall, a good place to live on a graduate student budget.
