Close to retail, grocery stores, medical facilities. Close to the airport & downtown Pittsburgh. Maintenance is great. Office staff are nice & responsive to inquiries. Complex is well maintained. I’ve been here for over 7 yrs.

I moved in on the 12th and everything has been wonderful so far. from the staff to the amenities. i am excited to continue to grow and thrive in this community.

An amazing place to live with a great gym and pool. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely top-notch. Couldn't say enough positive about them.
So, why the 4 stars? The sound proofing is essentially non-existent, and that also carries over to insulation. It takes a lot to keep it warm in the winter or cool in the summer, and the electric bill shows that. Why they opted to go cheap on the floors, doors, walls, and windows is a decision I will never understand. They were upfront abhout... the sound proofing (or lack thereof), so I don't hold that against them.

High-quality amenities that feel more upscale than typical suburban apartments.
Aesthetic and modern interiors, clean common areas, well-maintained grounds.

It's been ok. Our dishwashers been having problems again. When we first moved in we had to get it replaced. Now this one's having trouble and might have to get another one.
