Just not great

The building is beautiful and amenities are great but inside is a different story. Things break often. The noise is very loud, theres almost zero sound proofing. It seems like the owners do not care and invest as little as possible into upkeep. Staff is great

We have been staying here for past 8 years. The location is perfect, close to the mall, whole foods, and some nice restaurants. But I do wish there was a playground for kids.

Great place to live. Love the high ceilings and fans. The hardwood floors are ok. Sometimes wish it was all carpet but will do. Love the pool and walkways.

The location is convenient for public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and many essential businesses. My apartment is in outstanding condition, and the residents are friendly and kind. Perhaps my favorite element is the staff – all of them. I have only praise for The Ashby.
