Doing good! I am doing good! Hallway smelled like wet dog for a day but it was clean and fresh the next day! Other than that doing great

Maintenance is amazing !! I dropped my keys down the garbage shoot and my AMAZING maintenance man went and got them for me AND cleaned them off! Cant thank him enough - hes a life saver !!

Extremely accommodating Beautiful property but extremely accommodating leasing manager, Ryce. She was really kind enough to work late and allow me to tour the apartment I applied for on the only day I was able to make it in. I asked a ton of questions and she answered all of them. Made me feel very comfortable signing here.

Disappointed by lack of communication I loved the apartment when I viewed it in-person. Was extremely disappointment about the lack of communication....Then I received the email about not meeting their criteria, I tried to email for more details (for I literally could've written a check for one years rent) but it appears they block your email address once you don't meet their credit score criteria!
I tried emailing several times from both email addresses they had previously communicated to me... from, and they all were "undeliverable".
I was so annoyed that I called them, of course nobody picked up the phone, and I left a voicemail ....they still didn't call me back.
Very unprofessional.
