The Glen at Bucks Apartments and Townhomes

We have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Glen at Bucks Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing pipes or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming families looking for... housing. I'm a rather new tenant who moved into a newly renovated unit. Great layout with plenty of space. Management and maintenance is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are lots of families here and they allow pets. I'm very happy that I chose the Glen At Bucks as my home.

These photos are not true. we live here and our refrigerator is 20 years old, the furniture in the kitchen is very old and there is no such perfect repair in the bathroom as in the photo.

This place is a terrible place to live. The manager is very irresponsible and ignores your messages. What management does that? And who wants to live in a place where the management treats you like trash? No one. I am here to inform you that this is your sign to not live here. I just moved out because these people do not deserve your money. LOOK ELSEWHERE, there is mold, ants, and it’s very old. They are trying to revamp as luxury. I have now been living at The Glen at Bucks since my move-in date of September 21st. This place receives a bunch of negative reviews and maybe its warranted, but I have not encountered any major issues or concerns. From a safety stand point, the neighborhood is just that a real nice neighborhood. In my opinion if you're looking for a place and have kids this is the place for you. There are kids of all ages and a basketball court and playground for them to play on. Kids make noise that's what... they do so this place is not the quietest but if you know it going into it you wont be surprised. Valet trash does not pick up on two days that's Friday and Saturday other than that my trash has been picked every time and believe it or not its a nice thing not having to walk it to the dumpster. Maintenance issues, I have not had any I am pretty handy and able to fix any issues that's comes up. Overall I am totally satisfied here and am very glad I chose to live here. Lee mas
