Don’t be fooled by the pretty buildings. Living here was a headache thanks to management’s incompetence and disregard for residents.
• Passive-Aggressive Emails: Management just forwards every petty neighbor complaint instead of helping residents. Expect drama and surveillance, not support.
• Shady Billing: I paid my final bill twice, then got hit with another charge. Multiple emails for an explanation—no response.
• Fake Amenities: Valet trash is only usable after 6pm and must be gone by... morning. If you don’t work 9-to-5, it’s useless.
• Air Filter Locked Away: Only maintenance can access it. They changed it once, then left my door unlocked with the master key in the lock.
• Constant Disruptions: Fire alarms, pressure washing, air filter changes—always on their schedule, not yours.
• Awkward Forced Social Events: Management loves “community” events that feel more like a desperate frat party than anything meaningful.
• Petty Neighbors, Enabled: The building is full of busybodies, and management creates an unwelcoming vibe.
• Neglected Property: I was literally chased by a wild raccoon down my passageway.
Bottom line: Surface-level luxury, real stress. Management ignored every warning. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
