Overture West Ashley has recently reached a new level of excellence thanks to a leadership team that genuinely cares.

Our Community Manager Nicole has been a true catalyst for change. Her proactive approach is finally getting long-standing projects done—most notably, the doors are finally being repaired, which has made a huge difference in our daily lives. Beyond the physical improvements, the resident events have become so much more engaging and fun, bringing a renewed energy to the entire... building.

The new Assistant Manager has also been a stellar addition. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and ensure everything runs smoothly with a personal touch.

I like it here at OWA. It has the potential to be a really great place for the 55 community. We want the community.....just feel administration could be more open and supportive.

I moved in less than a month ago and have already recommended to several of my friends that they should move here! They are all impressed and thinking about it.

I enjoy my home at West Ashley. Very comfortable, my apartment a one bedroom is very comfortable. I have lived here five years in June 2025.

Maintenance of facility including security doors and gates unrepaired for over a year and counting. Unit repair delayed and sometimes ignored as many residents note, dirty hallways. Large charges on move out...whatever they can get away with in my opinion. I would avoid this and other Greystar properties.
