Rather than an active lifestyle community, Overture is more in Independent Senior Living facility with no rules. The lack of those rules could result in serious injuries.

I am in my fifth year living at Overture West Ashley. I am very happy with my apartment and the amenities offered. It's comforting to know that if I have an issue requiring our maintenance team, they are here in a timely manner. No worries living here, not to mention the friendly neighbors I have met.

Located in the middle of Charleston and the historic Lowcountry without the hustle-and-bustle of other communities…….. shopping, restaurants
biking and walking trails are just outside your front door.
