Millwood Court Apartments

Complete horribleness. If you can help it, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

- nothing gets fixed
- IF someone comes out for maintenance, they give you a Band-Aid and expect you to keep up with it
- management has a bad attitude about you calling them for any reason
- they will allow for anyone to live here (drug dealers, loud disruptive tenants) and nothing is done regarding legitimate complaints
- they "lose/misplace" your rent money
- the property managers have NEVER been out to the property
- nothing... has ever been assessed by owners/property managers as the buildings might be considered total losses if they were
- place was not clean before moving in and my mistake for disregarding that was sign
- don't let the old pictures on the internet fool you

These apartments are poorly managed and maintained. You will send money fixing your own unit if you move here. The managers are not honest not courteous with their dealings with tenants. If you can at all get something better, do so. These places are cardboard covered in contact paper. I see why people are in and out. The property managers are forever changing as well and they don't keep records of anything! Lee mas
