Poor Quality. Poor Management.
I have to say that for what they charge for these apartments the quality is extremely poor and lackluster. The location is great, but the majority of the tenants spend their time smoking by the door of the building causing the hallways to stink. Recently one of the tenants was smoking so much marijuana on a Saturday morning (inside of their apartment) that the hallway and my apartment smelled like I was the one smoking. I reported this to management and nothing has been done about it. When I... spoke to the police they advised that it was the obligation of management to fix the problem or they would be in violation of their contract with the tenants. I’m not a high class individual, but the people that leave here make me want to move as much as the lack of management does.
