A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
