Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor Lakehouse pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities, including the outdoor pool at no cost and the indoor pool and fitness center for a fee. Gate passes are required for island access, with a charge of $45 per vehicle. Pets are considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $175 per pet per stay.
