So far so good. Dee was very nice to call and see how the move-in was going and Rachel was very patient with me during the two weeks I had to be out of state with my questions about emails.

I’ve had a positive experience with the Greystar company overall. The properties are well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering good value for the amenities provided. The staff is professional, responsive, and makes the leasing and move-in process smooth. Maintenance requests are typically handled promptly, and communication is clear.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The staff are always friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is clean and well-kept. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities make it a great place to call home.

The building entrances are constantly dirty, and the maintenance staff does not complete their tasks — work orders remain unfinished for weeks. In the main office, two employees behave very rudely, communicate with disdain, and show no willingness to help.
When I ask about my package, they say nothing is in the system and tell me to call the delivery service myself, instead of resolving the issue on their own. The lockers do not open when requested by residents, and it takes weeks of repeatedly... asking to gain access, which is extremely inconvenient.
This treatment of residents is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this situation immediately and review staff performance, or the overall impression of the complex will suffer greatly.
