The Aster Apartments

My credit check and background check is always excellent. But still my application was conditional approved for invalid reason - because my SSN was created after 2011, and this reason doesn't make sense. I lived in USA since 2016 and lived in 4 different states, and my applications were always standard approved. Due to which my Rhino premium shot up, and I opted for hefty security deposit.
However the apartment and amenities are great.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Aster so far! Danielle, the new property manager, is amazing — super friendly and really on top of things. Jared, the leasing agent, made the move-in process a breeze and was so helpful with all my questions. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. I love my apartment, and maintenance has been quick and easy to work with. Definitely recommend The Aster to anyone looking for a great place in Mauldin!

Everyone has been great and very kind. Anytime I’ve had an issue the staff addresses it right away. My neighbors are kinda and accommodating and the neighborhood is kept very clean.

So far a great experience living here at The Aster, just the change we were looking for and the staff has been very helpful and welcoming. We look forward to our time here.

Going on year two and it’s been pleasant. That said, I’ve noticed upkeep has gone down in quality a bit. Front door walkways/hallways are pretty dirty. Seems like the gates always broken. New neighbors seem to have gone down in quality also. Starting to have to pick up after people’s dogs and deal with folks smoking. It wasn’t always like this. Hopefully they work on this. It would be sad it they let it get out of hand. Don’t let that dissuade anything it isn’t a complete mess- just compared to... what it was before it’s definitely gone down in quality. Lee mas
