The Aster Apartments

I just moved into The Aster Apartments in Mauldin and honestly, it was one of the easiest moves I have ever had. I was expecting the usual stress, tons of paperwork, confusion, and last minute issues, but it really was not like that. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt organized and simple. I always knew what the next step was, and there were no surprises. That alone made the experience so much better. When I opened the door to my apartment for the first time, I could... tell it had actually been prepared for me. It was clean, smelled fresh, and did not have that rushed turnover feeling some places have. The appliances looked great, the paint was clean, and everything worked the way it should. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I’ve had such a good experience at The Aster in Mauldin. Moving is usually stressful, but it honestly didn’t feel that way here.

Danielle, the manager, is just genuinely nice. Even came out to greet me during my move-in.

Jared is super chill and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a random question or needed help with something small, he’s been quick to respond and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him.

And Joseph made the whole leasing process way... less intimidating than I thought it would be. He explained everything in normal language, answered all my questions, and was just really patient the whole time.

The property itself is clean and pretty quiet, which I love. Maintenance has been fast when I needed them, and overall it just feels comfortable here. It doesn’t feel chaotic or neglected — it feels taken care of.

Staff is very friendly and get back to you quickly. Maintenance is also very helpful. Grounds are kept clean a they are getting stricter to enforce rules about dog poop pick up which is appreciated.

We love all the community events the staff hosts for residents! Our dog loves going to the park and getting a good bath at the dog wash station . It’s been a beautiful community and peaceful.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Aster Apartments. The office staff especially Danielle, Jared, and Joseph are awesome and always helpful. The amenities are a big win, especially the pickleball court and the huge dog park, which is perfect if you have pets. Overall, it’s a great community and a fun place to live.
