Maintenance has been helpful and the ladies in the office are also great with communication and providing resources as needed.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Maintenance requests could be more timely but I don’t know how their backlog looks so that’s just my opinion. Everything else is immaculate besides my upstairs neighbor ALWAYS being loud even in the wee hours of the morning and letting her dogs go potty on their porch which then leaks down to my patio.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They answer your need and questions instantly. The community is clean and safe. You can actually sleep without worrying anything. The structure inside the building is just so perfect. And most importantly, Silvana Oaks is accessible in nearby groceries and other establishments that you need. I will certainly recommend this community to my friends.

My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment, and the three ladies in the office made the entire process smooth from start to finish with their warm, friendly, and helpful attitude. The peaceful neighborhood is beautifully complemented by a small pond with a fountain at the back of the property, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere both day and night. The location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies that make daily errands... and dining out so easy. I’ve also noticed the maintenance team consistently working hard to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained.
