The community has been good and quiet for the most part. The pool, gym, lounge, and coffee machine are great! The staff is friendly .

We have had some issues with a few palmetto bugs though we deep clean our apartment weekly. And the only other issue is that parking is scattered and hard to find in the evening at times.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the staff for being so helpful with any concerns or issues I’ve had. Also, the maintenance team has been super quick to get any work orders sorted out the same day. Plus, the property is always clean and well-maintained.

So far it’s been okay… Very noisy… Area seems to be okay, i witnessed police presence here on last night i was a little skeptical wish i knew the reasoning…I haven’t met any of my neighbors yet..

I appreciate the whole Team of Preserve at Ridgeville especially to Jordan who is very patient in assisting me in my transition!

I was surprised on how pristine the apartment and how clean the environment. I was also really touched that they prepared alot of items for me to start living in my new apartment. As a new immigrant, this actually saves me alot! I have been enjoying my stay here in Preserve! Thank you
