Ashland Farms

Overall the process wasn't as expected. Im still missing the key for the mail box, I called the office since they have not followed up with me and nothing. No welcome gift like many other place do with their new tenants. The apartment has several items incomplete and my garbage was overlooked and not picked up. So far disappointed

Overall good, but more than one message has to be left for maintenance in order for anything to be done in your apartment. Also, rent is too high.

Apartments have a beautiful nature vibe. We move in from Clarksville and love the new vibe we got into. We also love the peaceful nights as well

There are little things that we’ve had to do that would’ve made a big difference if we didn’t need to. For example, there are literally thousands of spots and drops of paint that I’ve have to remove, and that was more work than I wanted to do. There’s paint on counters and none of the drawers in the bathroom or kitchen work super hot. The fridge motor is going out and doesn’t cool well. We have a fan that makes loud noises like a bearing is out. It’s just little things that make a difference.... We’re leaving our home of 20 years and spending more money, we were hoping for a more perfect and peaceful move in. The front desk and maintenance people have been very kind and helpful. Lee mas

Ashland farms is a very friendly, clean and quiet community. The apartments are very well kept and modern. I could not have asked for a better place to live.
