Ashland Farms

I have always given a five star rating but I feel the apartment complex let us down a bit during the ice storm. No clearing of the driveways, no salting of the sidewalks until just a few days ago. I am elderly and cautious about falling. I was really afraid to get past the breezeway. I use a handicap parking place and it seems the area between the two spaces could have been cleared and salted. I was all but confined to my apartment for the duration of the ice accumulation. Well It is over... for now, but a more robust response next time would be appreciated. (2). The Trash pick-up is so haphazard that I don't know when to put it out any longer. Are they no longer picking up Sunday through Thursday? What gives with this...also the compactor area is a total mess. Just up the street from me. Guests asks me...whats up with that. Read More

Perfect apartment, I hear some dogs here and there, but it’s very friendly place , I haven’t had the opportunity to check the amenities , but I’m really exited about it , hope this get better on summer

Nice quiet community. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Everyone I have encountered is friendly. Neighbors are nice and friendly as well.

Been here 5 years with little to no issues. Other residents have been great and are very friendly . Dogs are welcomed and loved here. Overall good place.

Poor office response. Untimely maintenance request responses. Numerous calls to get anything done. Each time we go to the office, we get a different person as they keep no one employed for any length of time.
