Charlotte and Jeff are great

It’s simple…obey the rules and pay your rent! All will be fine. This manager and maintenance put up with some really horrible renters at times. I enjoy living here and have never experienced a problem!

New Manager, Charlotte, is great. Very Nice Apts

This is in response to the last review that gave Sage Meadows a bad review. I never knew the old manager , Ginger, but the new manager, Charlotte, is great. She's been here as long as I've been here which has been about 2 1/2 years. The apartments are nice and it's a safe place to live. I highly recommend Sage Meadows.

Poor management

The apartments are nice, but anyone who lives or has lived there will tell you Ginger is a bully. She has the worst attitude and will cuss you out for no reason on her best day. I imagine the turnover rate is crazy high.
