Indigo Apartamentos

When I first moved in, I had two managers serve me. Elizabeth and Melody. Melody was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and had the experience. Elizabeth was in training and wasn't at the same level (yet).

After some time, I noticed that these two were not at the office anymore, and we had a gentleman. He does is job is very focused, but is not as inviting or as warm as the other two. I also remember that E and M would go above and beyond to help the residents, while this guy tended to push the... work or solutions back on the residents.

Overall, the apartments are clean. However, it seems the vinyl flooring does have small flaws (coming off the concrete), and there is an insistent beeping sound that is not quickly remedied in the fire rooms. Dog owners do need to do a better job of cleaning up after their pets Lee mas

I love living at Indigo Apartments so far! Kaitlyn and Terrell in the office are so helpful. Also, the complex is in a great location and has beautiful views. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

The apartments themselves are great as well as the complex. We would however like to see better response times from maintenance and updates from the leasing office when a request or a question is submitted.

Very Quiet, Clean, Respectful Neighborhood. Mountain View is Priceless! Trash picked up on time. I don't have pets, but i don't have to worry about stepping on anything. Feels like home!

Great location, responsive maintenance, and clean amenities. Parking can be tight sometimes, but overall a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
