This place is one step above a ghetto
While Kirsten and Colton in the office are great, This place is a slum!! The pictures on the website are totally misleading . Real pics should show how dimly lit the place is. Property is.not maintained. Grass has not been cut in a month. When I ask, they keep saying the just got a new landscape company. Maybe so but how long does that take. Huge weeds everywhere in shrub beds. Rotted wood everywhere outside the apartments. Air vents in the apartments are dirty and disgusting. They is always... tons a garbage outside garbage area. Mattresses, furniture, etc. The onky only positive part is the location. I have three maintenance requests in that have not been addressed. Seems like people just move out in the middle of the night and dump trash outside trash area. Keep in mind I have only been here a week with a year lease. I will be looking for another place and possible have to pursue legal option to break my lease if they try to hold me to the lease. My next call is the apartment owners
