We sure are enjoying our Home at The Reserve At Johnson City !! The neighbors are very nice and whenever you stop in the office Katrina , Katie and Tedi are there to make your day better !! The coffee and snack stand is filled with great treats and then we get to take a break and shoot some pool before we get to head to the carwash that is on our property and have a clean car !! As long as we have a stocked refrigerator there is no reason to leave the property ! The pool is getting... resurfaced and is looking beautiful !! Later the smell of hot dogs on the grill and overlooking the mountains is on our schedule. What a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME !! AND...SHOUT OUT to Danny and Jerry for keeping the grounds looking GREAT and if you need anything ...they are there to fix any issues that you may have !! Thank you to the RESERVE for BEING SO AMAZING !!

Love this place

I’ve been living at The Reserve of Johnson City and I couldn’t be happier! This has truly been a great place to call home. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved immediately—even on the weekends, which shows how much the team truly cares about their residents.

Katrina and the entire staff are amazing! They’re always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate the quick responses and how well they maintain the property... .

Thank you for making this such a comfortable and stress-free place to live!

I love living at the reserve! Amazing amenities and the staff is so helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so nice and has absolutely everything that I need to live comfortably. The gym and the pool are amazing additions as well.

Great and Peaceful Place to live.

Me and my wife have lived here almost a year and intend on staying. The neighborhood is the most peaceful place around and the staff are always kind and helpful. They are always having friendly gatherings to get to know their habitants. The Best Apartment Complex in Tennessee.
