Addison at Sutherland

Recently we had a shooting and they aren't repairing the gate that has been broken for months. Also, I have had a leak for two weeks that they refuse to fix even though I call them every other day about my bathroom getting flooded.

We are always seeing people complain about issues regarding pests. We've lived here a year and maybe experienced one or two roaches the entire time. It's an apartment complex. It's not uncommon to see pests every now and then. Other than that this property has been awesome.

I have lived in 4 apartment complexes in my life. I have never had a leasing crew treat me so poorly. After making MULTIPLE mistakes along the leasing process, these people just lie to your face and claim that they have essentially done nothing wrong. They clearly don't care about you or your apartment, just want your money. Highly recommend staying away from this apartment complex and finding one with a more competent leasing staff.

Nothing against the apartment itself or its location. But for several months, I've found nothing but roaches in my apartment. They are not found by my garbage or food; they just scuttle in my KITCHEN cupboards. It's disgusting. I've talked with other tenants in my own building, and they have them too. Someone just moved in and found 3 in their kitchen when they opened the door. I've asked other tenants and the "pest control fee" we pay for is worthless.
