Church and Henley Apartments

I just recently moved here and so far I really liked it. People are friendly and it’s a very nice location. I think only thing that kinda bothered me is the sound noise, I can clearly hear my neighbors upstairs walking and running even with my tv on. Just kinda wish people can be considerable to not stomping on the floor.

Nice apartment building. Office staff are very helpful. The maintenance staff are prompt and professional. The amenities are ample and functional.

There are many social events that the apartment hosts throughout the year and many of us who showed up have become friends. The game room is also a great place to make friends at.

Everything so far has been great! So many amenities! They seem to have thought of everything. I realized I forgot my tools when I was setting up the furniture and went to the room on the borrowing room on the fourth floor screwdriver other tools that were needed. Wonderful experience so far. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! So happy to be a new member of this community

This place is definitely a gem in downtown Knoxville! The staff is very nice and helpful and the building itself is clean, up-kept, and always feels safe and secure. The modern decor, amenities, and apartment features make this place feel upscale and definitely like home.
