Poor communication

Disappointing experience with management after move-out. I disputed several charges, asked for documentation, escalated the issue to the property manager, and never received a response.

Prospective residents should also know that the property offers giveaways/incentives for leaving reviews. I’d keep that in mind when looking at the unusually high number of five-star ratings.

It is a very nice and convenient location. I have really enjoyed my time living here. All the amenities are amazing and very modern! For things to be improved, I just wish there are more diverse equipment for the gym, and I would love to have more opportunities to meet people and make friends.

95% of the time, it’s great but the frequency at which the garage doors malfunction is frustrating. Over the last two years I would say they’ve malfunction no fewer than 10 times. At this point it feels like a new type/brand should be installed. But mostly, I love the amenities and cozier feel here than a larger complex.
