Joi, the Assistant Community Manager, is a powerhouse of positivity and organization. She’s always on top of things, whether it’s handling resident concerns or coordinating events that bring neighbors together. Her attention to detail and cheerful demeanor make every interaction a pleasure.

Essence, the Leasing Agent, is simply phenomenal. She made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering every question with patience and clarity. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel confident in choosing Northerly as my home.

David, the Maintenance Manager, deserves major praise. He’s incredibly skilled, prompt, and courteous. Whether it’s a routine fix or an urgent issue, David handles it with speed and care, ensuring the property is always in top shape.

Bad security, hundreds of car break ins while security is on property.

Aside a couple of maintenance issues, which were sorted out quickly and to a great standard, and are understandable with a new building, I’m very happy here. It’s quiet, clean, the team offer good communication. Thank you!
