Living at Northerly Apartments has been an absolute pleasure, thanks to the outstanding management team that goes above and beyond every single day. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
Dwain, the Community Manager, sets the tone for excellence. His leadership is evident in the way the entire property is run—efficient, friendly, and always resident-focused. Dwain is approachable, responsive, and truly committed to creating a community, not... just a place to live.
Joi, the Assistant Community Manager, is a powerhouse of positivity and organization. She’s always on top of things, whether it’s handling resident concerns or coordinating events that bring neighbors together. Her attention to detail and cheerful demeanor make every interaction a pleasure.
Essence, the Leasing Agent, is simply phenomenal. She made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering every question with patience and clarity. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel confident in choosing Northerly as my home.

Bad security, hundreds of car break ins while security is on property.

Aside a couple of maintenance issues, which were sorted out quickly and to a great standard, and are understandable with a new building, I’m very happy here. It’s quiet, clean, the team offer good communication. Thank you!
