Honest Review- would NOT recommend
We lived at Poplar Place Townhomes for one year, and it was one issue after another — lost payments, poor communication, and repeated mistakes by management. The rent is extremely high for the quality of the unit, and our electric bill reached nearly $850 during the winter due to poor insulation and outdated systems. Even after moving out, it took over ten weeks and multiple calls to finally receive our deposit refund. Keep every receipt and document everything if you plan to live here.
