Once a Great Community(Now Falling Apart)
I’ve lived at the Brooklyn Apartments for 4 years. Back when Felicia was the Property Manager, things felt safe and cared for. She sent out daily positive messages and handled problems fast. If there was a shooting or bad situation, she reminded us of the rules and the trouble tenants were gone shortly after. Her assistant Tamara was also amazing they both actually cared about the people living here. Since they left, everything changed. The office is confused and doesn’t know how to handle... anything. Here’s just some of what’s been going on:
Entry and exit gates have been broken for a while Trash is always overflowing and not cleaned up, the roads are full of potholes,
Cars are broken down all around the complex and never moved,
Weekends are loud, fights happen, sometimes it feels like a war zone, there’s been more shootings, and the office says nothing now. The current staff doesn’t communicate or help. So many residents are moving out, it’s like a mass exit.
This place went from peaceful to stressful. Felicia and Tamara made a big difference. Without them, it just doesn’t feel like home anymore. Management really needs to step up before more people leave.
