i love these apartments. Everything is so nice and cozy here who wouldn’t want to live here ? These apartments lowkey remind me of a hotel !! The environment is so nice

Love my apartment but the walls are thin and you hear the noise of others. Sky deck people have the worst habit of dragging the chairs and running around which is very loud. Please keep the ducks out of the pool they are nasty and unsanitary.

We will definitely take your feedback regarding noise from the sky deck into consideration as we look at ways to improve the resident experience. We also appreciate your note regarding the ducks, and will look into ways to address this.

The office staff is amazing. They are courtesy, knowledgeable and follow up to make sure I am satisfied. This location has a large workout gym that is kept clean. The complex is within minutes to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails.

Everything has been great so far! Me and my wife have enjoyed the roof top, and are about ready for the pool. Only downsides we’ve ran into so far is parking, and constant hallway smell, like weed or mildewed floors and sometimes sticky floor in elevator.

My experience here at Vintage at the Avenue has been nothing but amazing. From the kind friendly people in the front office to the residents in the community itself. Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming.
