Atlas Apartments at Germantown

Awesome. The staff was very helpful. I think I may have required a bit more health than the average tenant and they were there with me that every step of the way.

The staff at Atlas are what make it special! We just moved in this week from out of state and they were so helpful throughout the process. The apartment itself is very high quality. I’ve lived in several where the fixtures seem flimsy for what you’re paying, and that’s not the case here! Appliances are new and very nice. Everyone I’ve met here so far has been friendly, accommodating, and equally happy to live here.

I just moved in to Atlas and everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the process of touring the apartment, signing the lease, moving in, and helping me get set up. I'm so happy to have found a place with such kind management!

I’m new here and I feel very welcomed. The staff is awesome and the neighborhood is fantastic. Just tough to move in with a uhaul but the staff helped me every step of the way.

So far there’s ton of discrepancies around the apartments which shows they rather go the cheap route and hire a cheap contractors that does cheap work around the complex and in the apartments than hiring more reputable company/contractor that do at least decent work. The amenities around the complex are decent.
