Peyton Stakes Apartamentos

It's a good place to live. It has its issues, but I still think it's one of the better apartment complexes in Germantown. I would recommend it to someone looking to rent in this area.

Having a great time living here after a few months. I love the sense of community and the convenience of being so close to so many great places to eat and drink.

The staff and community are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming!! Great amenities and Germantown is always a fun place walk around in. I love the monthly events too!

I just moved into Peyton Stakes but the community here has been so welcoming! I love all the amenities and how the management goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. P.s. strange enough the mail room is seriously to die for I’ve never seen mail so awesomely organized. There’s a code you need to get in and when you do the shelf your package is on lights up.

Living at Peyton Stakes has been a solid experience overall. The staff is responsive and professional,any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself has been comfortable, and the layout works well for my day-to-day routine.

The location has been a major plus. It’s close to everything I need, and that convenience definitely makes a difference. I also like that the common areas are usually clean and well-maintained.

It’s not perfect, but no place... really is. That said, I’ve felt safe here and settled, and that goes a long way. It’s been a good place to live. Lee mas
