Everything has been great. People and very friendly and dog friendly. Community is very clean and well taken care of. My only concern is people drive fast in the parking garage.

Very professional and comfortable environment. I really appreciate all of the many amenities Peyton Stakes has to offer between the trash pickup, the gym and the pool (Of course). Looking forward to having the sauna!

Just moved in and have enjoyed my experience so far. Keeley did a fantastic job on the tour and helped answer questions before, during, and after the move-in process. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. Some things needed attention, but they were handled quickly after reporting them. Great location and amenities looking forward to living here.
