New management
Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment complex has gone downhill since the change in management. Under the previous management team, we were clearly told that a referral discount would be honored on our rent. After the new management took over, they have refused to honor that agreement.
What’s most disappointing is not just the refusal, but how unprofessionally the situation has been handled. There has been little care or accountability shown toward current residents who consistently... pay rent on time, have caused zero issues, and have actively spoken positively about the complex to others.
As loyal residents who have upheld our end of the agreement, it’s frustrating to feel dismissed and undervalued. I would caution prospective residents to get everything in writing and be aware that management promises may not be upheld after changes in staff.

Our team is required to operate within established procedures, which depend on written... documentation for any discounts or concessions. When items are not reflected in the lease or application, we are unable to apply them retroactively, regardless of prior conversations.
