Honestly, if you see any 5-star reviews, it's a lie. Everyone in that office has terrible customer service and you will not be heard or taken seriously. I have been towed for parking on the line of my parking spot, due to the people surrounding me parking crazy and leaving me with no choice but to do so. That was a $250 fee. When told that they would give us warnings about parking before being towed, they failed to inform me about it. I have had 2 of my friends who were towed even when given a… parking pass and being in the guest parking area at the time. Speaking of, the guest parking was taken away from us within my first year of living there, creating difficulties when wanting to have family and friends come over. I, all in all, had to stop receiving company. We had a butterfly app to let guest in, but they randomly took that from us. Meaning I would have to walk down from my fourth floor to let someone in. If you are to receive a delivery, you will not be able to get it delivered to your door unless you are lucky and a resident lets the person in. And don’t let us receive a package on the weekend. The delivery person usually cannot get in, meaning the package will be put outside for anyone to steal.
I’ve had to get 3 key cards because they say my key to get in was “damaged”. Therefore I had to pay for that. This ordeal happened to my first 2 cards. Idk, it seemed as if they were messing them up purposely just so I had to buy one over and over.
Moving out was AWFUL:
I have called and left many emails and messages. They ignored me and failed to update me. I called back-to-back 5 times and they did not answer. So, I literally borrowed my friend’s phone to see if they would answer for my sixth call. They answered from her phone, which was weird, but not surprising. As far as fees, they were money hungry. They charged me for things that were incorrect. Which I knew they would do, that’s why I’m glad I took a video of everything before moving out. I was charged with fees for normal wear and tear. I was charged with a carpet fee for a carpet that was not damaged, and normal thumb tack holes in my walls, which is also normal wear in tear. I was hit with an insufficient charge though that was more than 60 days. My all in all charges to move out came up to $1739. Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment complex has gone downhill since the change in management. Under the previous management team, we were clearly told that a referral discount would be honored on our rent. After the new management took over, they have refused to honor that agreement.
What’s most disappointing is not just the refusal, but how unprofessionally the situation has been handled. There has been little care or accountability shown toward current residents who consistently… pay rent on time, have caused zero issues, and have actively spoken positively about the complex to others.
As loyal residents who have upheld our end of the agreement, it’s frustrating to feel dismissed and undervalued. I would caution prospective residents to get everything in writing and be aware that management promises may not be upheld after changes in staff. Read More

As I went to tour the property, the outside was very clean, not dirty literally perfect before I even got to the inside. It was surprising and definitely put a smile on my face how well they take care of their things. I continued the tour of the apartments and they were absolutely perfect. Very clean , lots of space, smells excellent, nothing is broken . Like they definitely spent there time making it comfortable for others to live in. if anyone is considering coming to stay in any apartments… here y'all should! you will not be disappointed it is everything you could imagine and more.
