Submitted a maintenance request about needing my toilet repaired. They called and scheduled for maintenance to come 2 days later. I took the day off work and maintenance never came. I messaged them 3 days later and was told they had an emergency come up and would call back to get me on the schedule. It has been 2.5 weeks since I submitted the request and still have not had the problem resolved.

All the amenities and all the help we get to make sure we can afford our rent the place and area are absolutely beautiful being able to have are dogs with know issues

Una bonito complejo amplio cómodo con unas vistas increíbles una piscina refrescante para estas temporadas y no nos olvidemos de un gym con amplias comodidades para tus rutinas diarias o si quieres andar al aire libre en bicicleta o caminando por los alrededores Perfecto

Barely ever anyone in the office. Took a while for someone to ever get back to me but everyone is very helpful once I do get to speak with them.

Great community. Great staff. They repair right away and they are super nice. We love living here at Smoky Crossing. We would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a good family environment and beautiful homes. People are moving in left and right and we really enjoy meeting the new folks as they come in.
