Lake Ridge Apartamentos

These apartments are studio and are old and run down they advertise remodeled Apartments but I haven't come across one yet. The outlets will not hold plugs well they fall out easily. My ps4 had to be repaired for this reason. My refrigerator when Imoved in had inside parts taped up this what they did later again when the tape came off. My stove burners would never light so after a few complaints they sent maintenance to give me my previous neighbors stove with a broken oven. The bath tub... clogged from day one after temporarily fixing it literally 20x the maintenance guy informed me the land lord just dismissed the problem when brought to his attention .

A few more things they do monthly inspections totry and catch you breaking some rule for 15 to100 penalty fees once we received a notice that any damages done to our personal property while they are in our dwelling is not their responsibility. The maintenance guy walked on my bed with his dirty shoes to reach something . They often cut off the water with no notice I have been stuck shampoo in my hair many times the office manager simply kept repeating they are fixing something and couldn't be bothered to let them know i needed the water on to get the shampoo out of my hair. Funny bc the reason for rent raise was water cost increased too bad i dont ever know when water will even be available.

They are rude and vindictive especially the landlord our first week here he told me to shut up bc i interupted him. Anytime i tried to stand up for myself they have retaliated.

Anyway if you want to pay 580 amonth for a roach and mice infested studio apartment with possibly some or all of the problems I experienced lakeridge apartments in Athens texas are for you. I just wish someone had warned me. Lee mas
