Azul Lakeshore

Overall, Azul is a good apartment complex. Location is fantastic--right next to hike and bike trail and walking distance to restaurants, buses and various businesses but it's also a relatively quiet location. There is night security at Oracle next door so that benefits Azul (although I'd still recommend keeping bicycles in your apartment). Maintenance help is really great. All dog breeds allowed (must love dogs).
Unfortunately, pigeons love Azul balconies. And the street lighting on the... surrounding streets has only been half lit for several years now. No place is perfect and those issues may be out of Azul's control. I also find the Alta key system that requires your phone to get in the building to be more of a pain than a convenience.
More serious problems I've had at past apartment complexes weren't problems at Azul, though. Overall, I recommend Azul! Lee mas

The apartments themselves are nice. The maintenance team has been extra helpful by fixing all the service requests I’ve had very quickly!

The management team is consistently responsive and friendly, quickly addressing any questions or concerns we have. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet and well-run community.

The units are well maintained and any maintenance issues are resolved usually that day. Recently we put in a ticket around 3:30 and they were there within 2 hours.

The units have a nice layout and design and units on the north and west sides have fabulous views.

I love living by the lake and trails nearby. This a must if you have a pet! They don’t charge for parking which is great.
