Churchill Crossing Apartments

i had homeless men sleeping in my storage closet IN my patio MULTIPLE times. I had another homesless man try to break down my door kicking it. the homeless sleep in the laundry room. officee does nothing. my apartment flooded and the office did not replace the carpet or treat the bacteria from the flood and when i say it flooded it was inches. they pulled up the carpert dried it and put it down. after my lease ended i recieved at 1500 bill bc of the carpet... that they refused to replace.... multiple shooting, murders and buildings that went on fire. They over charge you and you can just look at the apartments and tell they are nasty and low quality

The complex claims to have "water issues" on a monthly basis and will have the water shut off for a day or up to three days. Then the months that the water is off the water bill is 10x what it is when they happen to not shut it off. Laundry facilities are mediocre at best. Half of the dryers don't dry and the washers hold half the load that an average residential washer would. To run each machine it cost $1.25 per load if you have a bunch of quarters laying around. If you only have a card (and... the machine is working) then it will cost you $1.40. That's just for the regular cycle. They up the charge for heavier cycles. When I moved in the room was in decent shape. Very out dated and in need of a remodel. The tenant before me had a roach problem and I only know this because there where at least 50 dead roaches along the base boards on the carpet. The Sheriff's Department is here with lights and sirens on almost a weekly basis. Lee mas

Do not move in the buildings surrounding the leasing office, good luck looking for parking after 5!

This apartment complex charges for bogus stuff...they will nichol and dime you to death...and the parking is terrible...
