Theres been alot of improvement in the last few weeks. At first it was a little rough with bugs in the apartment and maintenance requests going unoticed but ive seen new management really step up

From the first week, had leak coming from Bathroom vent. The tub upstairs wasn't sealed during building the apartments. There are a lot of this through out the whole apartments! Maintenance takes for every. Mail room not big enough for all packages to be put in boxes. They are left outside your door, and if you're not home, other tenants will take your packages. Then trying to prove that, no pictures!

Moving in was a hassle trying to get the keys from the office was a pain showed up to get the keys. Front door was locked and it was within business hours. Finally opened the door was given the wrong keys to the apartment. So had to chase up and down the property to find a maintenance man who had them. Finally did him, moved everything in just to find out we were moved into an apartment that was infested with roaches. Requested pest control to come out took them 6 days to come out and now they... are saying they have to come back with something stronger because of how bad it is. So far it’s week 3 and I already regret moving into these apartments.

The office has a lack of communication and upkeep of rules on property. (IE, the pool and gym is constantly overcrowded by neighbors inviting upwards of 10-20 people to party.) Beer litters the place. Also, no reviewing of camera footage for theft or car damage.

Overall, the unit is very nice. My experience with the management has been good, except for the few times it was extremely difficult to get in touch.
I will say the staircases and amenities can be disgusting, but that is due to the inconsiderate neighbors. My upstairs neighbor has been a pain, especially with the thin walls.
