Do not live here. The residents leave trash everywhere and are not respectful of their neighbors. Maintenance takes over a month to come fix your service request and even then they don’t actually fix anything. There is always trash all over the property and their stairwells are filthy and filled with garbage. The office never answers their phones and will ghost you when you have issues and roaches are a big issue here. Not to mention all the flock cameras they put up. I hate living here.

Love it here! Quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are taken care of very promptly. Office staff is very friendly. Parking can be challenging depending on what building your in and what time of day you are trying to park.

The pricing rates are okay for the space, maintenance seems to be a miss or hit. The staircases need some deep cleaning they always smell like trash or urine especially with the heat of the day.
