The changes made at this community since the take over have been amazing. The new owners and staff truly show how much they care with all the improvements.

Since we moved in, they gave us the apartment incomplete with damages. They don't come to repair it. The maintenance people give us long and long waits but don't do anything. We've had problems with the dishwasher for 4 months. The waste disposer in the dishwasher doesn't work and gives off a bad smell. The maintenance people don't do anything. We've also been without air conditioning for a month. They just come to look and leave. They say they don't have the spare parts and so on and they never... come. We're tired of this situation. We want to move but because of the contract we can't. It's the worst decision I made when coming to live here. Lee mas

In my 3 years of living here seems we have had a change in management almost every 6 months and getting worse every year hopefully this will be my last dealing with this property. Pool is always dirty, mailboxes are always broken into, no gym access, rent has went up with a promise to have all these non great amenities ( clubhouse yeah a joke still looking for it haha) included with rent and no access , you pay every month for pest control but they never come out unless you make a appointment.... I’ve seen rats peeking through holes under the window seals I even got a cat to catch a mouse on my patio. In two days have seen police parked with the city of Austin code people. Loud music people hanging around the cars drinking and leaving beer bottles , including the contract workers fixing acs and doing make ready drinking and leaving their trash. We supposedly have security but never see them have even had our cars broken into 2x and nothing they can do or the police. I can go on and on. You ask why I’m still here.. COVID and the up rising rent throughout the city of Austin making it harder to find a decent place at a decent rate. Lee mas

The manager and whole office staff sucks they are rude and nasty. The apartments should just be called a roach motel. The maintenance office is a joke stay away from this place if you can.

This apartment was horrible. I had roaches, I had bedbugs. Worst neighbors possible loud parties being thrown. Drunk dudes on my front porch. Management is a joke. You name apartment horror stories they got them.
