Water Oak

Where do I begin?! I did a lot of research on where I wanted my new home to be and Water Oak appeared to have check all the boxes…so I went to go on a tour. I was greeted by an amazing person named Ariel and she took me to the model unit. I had many questions to make sure the property was a good as it claimed.

Ariel was highly knowledgeable on the property and made me feel welcomed from the get go. I apologized for all my question and she told me not to be sorry. She said her job is to answer... all of them and assist me making my decision where I wanted to live.

Ariel made every step of the application process seamless and was always available! Even now, as a proud resident Ariel and the Office staff is always available and addresses any concerns or questions promptly! That’s hard to come by now a days!

This apartment complex is the best place, they have everything that you may need such as a 24/7 gym which is awesome, I definitely recommend. And the staff is there if anything lastly the environment outside is so clean.

This place is the best place to live. The movie theater is amazing for friends and family. The clubhouse is good for hangouts. The gym is spacious. The pool is so pretty. I can’t wait for the summer time. I LOOOOOOVE the egg chairs in the lounge area next to the pool. I also work at home and I looooooove the coffee bar. I grab some coffee before work. The maintenance people are also hands down amazing. They come when they say they will come and they are respectful. Normally I feel weird around... maintenance but they are so friendly it dosent feel awkward. The appliances in the apartments are very good. The fridge make a weird grunting noise but it’s a fridge can’t really fix that lol. Still love it. Elizabeth was an amazing tour guide and just sold the place even more. And Averie being a super fast leasing agent we got the place in no time. Me and my little family is so happy to call this place home. And just another props to the maintenance on move in day me and a friend were sitting on the egg chairs and we saw a army of ants marching from a plant to the office it’s a very long trail one of the maintenance guys saw and went to get poison to kill the army. I know it was a small thing but I like that he took the initiative instead of waiting for another maintenance person to run into it or something. ??. It’s the small things that count sometimes. The staff listen to what their clients need and they also do a very good job keeping the environment clean and friendly. This is the nicest place I have ever lived in and I’m so glad I can live here for the majority years of my life.

Me and my Boyfriend have been living here for almost a year. Let me just tell you, this place so is amazing. I love how there’s a gym you can workout in 24/7, a pool, and so much more! The office management listens also to all the questions and concerns you have!
