We have lived here since March 2023. We really enjoy our apartment and the staff is always super helpful. I would love it if you all went back to having the pool closed on Monday. It gives us residents who live around the pool a much needed break from the noise, screaming from kiddos and music that happens around the pool area. That is my only minor issue. Other than that, living here has been wonderful!

We appreciate your feedback regarding the pool schedule and the... noise levels around the pool area. We'll definitely take your suggestion about closing the pool on Mondays into consideration as we continue to evaluate how to best serve all of our residents and improve the community experience for everyone.

Just moved in the process was easy . The community is nice and quiet . Lydia in the leasing office was very responsive and helpful . No problems so far !

My experience has been good. Whenever I have something that needs fixing or replacing, maintenance typically comes and gets it done within a day. My only concern is still the entrance gate not being operational.

Still waiting to see when these new gates that were installed months ago are going to start actually being used because I loved paying for a gated community that hasn't been really gated for months. But they sure will send out those rent increases ????. The countless time of random teenage groups hanging by the pool trying to sell drugs and they don't even live here and the near misses of trying to leave and enter the community again because they installed gates that have yet to work and it's... coming up on almost a year that they have been here.
